Cancellation Policy
It’s important to understand that when appointments are missed or canceled without proper notice, it affects both the business and other clients who may have wanted that time. Out of respect for my business and myself as a professional, all bookings made through Gloss Genius are subject to the following terms:
Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance and will be applied toward the remaining balance of your service.
Rescheduling & Cancellations: You may modify or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time.
Late Cancellations: Any changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a Late Cancellation and are subject to a charge of up to 100% of the remaining balance.
No-Shows: Failure to show up to your scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a No-Show and will result in a charge of up to 100% of the remaining balance. Repeated no-shows may result in being banned from booking future appointments.
Squeeze-In Appointments: All squeeze-in bookings are subject to this same cancellation policy.
